Established in Reading, Berkshire for almost eight years, Pilates-Train-Me is personally run by Rachel and Sarah. Fully qualified and experienced in both mat-based and equipment Pilates, Rachel and Sarah lead a carefully selected team of instructors, all of whom engage in regular ongoing training.

Specially designed beginner classes with a maximum of 6 clients lead onto mat classes (with a maximum of 12 clients) or individual sessions or one-to-three/four equipment sessions - all guaranteeing the requisite individual attention for every client.

Pilates-Train-Me has gained a reputation as among the best Pilates studio in the area. Working solely on personal recommendation, they offer a range of classes seven days a week in their fully appointed Pilates studio in Lower Earley.
