Berkshire based Pilates Trainers, Rachel and Sarah specialise in traditional Mat-based Pilates (maximum 12 in a group) and Equipment Pilates (also known as Apparatus) (maximum 4 in a group). They focus on small classes so that each individual gets the care and attention that they need. Pilates-Train-Me offer classes 7 days a week at various times from morning, lunch through to evening classes.

Pilates-Train-Me have been operating in and around the Reading area of Berkshire for more than 8 years and have, in that time, built up a solid reputation for providing first class, professional training in both Mat-based and Equipment-based Pilates.
